I get a buzz everytime people tell me that they feel good, have dropped a dress size or even start to feel better about themselves. At the end of the day, if you are not dreaming bigger dreams, achieving bigger goals or feeling as though you want to tell me to shut up then I haven't done my job!

With already 4 years experience in the industry, Andy has worked with our states’ top athletes in tennis, football and basketball. His clientele is made up of those who played in the Junior US and Australian Tennis Open, Junior Davis Cup, Hawthorn and Box Hill Hawks in the AFL, Australian Opals World Champion Basketball and even a few household television celebrities.
His first rate fitness knowledge covers all aspects of fitness and it is not hard to see why he has had so much success working with this country’s top athletes.

My aim as a personal trainer is to get you exactly what you want, whether it be a 6 pack for summer or to simply increase your energy levels and feel better. I will push you and make you work harder in the gym then you could possibly work if you were by yourself and will do it in a way that always leaves you thinking, "what’s he got in store next!". At the same time, its not commando style training (unless you want it to be), and I’m always going to make training fun, and love nothing more than having a chat and laugh with clients AFTER a good hard session!
